You have apps, courses, podcasts, maybe even a tutor. What you do not have is a sequence. You wake up, pick something that seems useful, and hope it adds up to fluency someday.
You move forward in bursts, then stall. You are never sure if the work you are doing matches your current level, your goal, or the time you actually have. When life gets busy, the plan disappears because there was never a real plan to begin with.
What you are missing is not more material. You are missing a roadmap that says: here is what you do this week, here is why, here is how we will know it is working, and here is how we will adjust when your real life shows up.
If you're earlier in your journey and want to build your foundation before working with a coach, the 30 Day Fluency Framework is where most students begin. If you're ready for a fully personalized plan now, you're in the right place.
The Personalized Fluency Roadmap is a 1-on-1 coaching program where we design a complete path from where you are now to the level you care about most, using the time and constraints you actually have. You get a clear, written roadmap and a coach who keeps that roadmap alive with you week by week.
This is not a library of videos for you to work through alone. It is not a standing conversation slot where a tutor improvises each session. You get a custom document that lays out exactly what to do, in what order, with the specific resources and tasks chosen for your level, your goals, and your learning style.
The difference is that you are never left to guess. You have direct access to me throughout the week, and we have structured check-ins to adjust the roadmap as your schedule, energy, and confidence shift. Content is everywhere. A coach who understands your exact situation, and is responsible for your next step, is not.
A simple, four-part structure that keeps your plan clear and your progress visible.
We meet 1-on-1 to map your goal, current level, schedule, and preferences. Together we decide what fluency means for you and what is realistically possible in the coming months.
By the end of the call, we have agreed on clear weekly time commitments and the first milestones we are working toward.
After the call, I build a written roadmap that lays out your weekly plan, focused skills, and specific tasks. Every resource you need lives inside that document.
You always know what to do next, how long it should take, and how it connects to your larger goal.
You can reach me directly whenever you hit a wall, need a quick correction, or are unsure how to handle a situation. You do not wait a week to get unstuck.
Your roadmap stays connected to your real life because we can adjust it in real time when things change.
Once a week, we review what you completed, what felt easy, and where you struggled. We measure progress against the roadmap, not against perfection.
Then we adjust the coming week so it fits your reality and keeps you moving forward without burning out.
This is not for people who want to passively consume content in the background and hope it eventually turns into fluency. You will have a clear plan and you will be asked to follow it, adjust it, and talk honestly about what you did.
It is also not for people looking for a shortcut or a guarantee. This is structured, attentive work with a coach who will make sure you are doing the right things, not magical thinking.
I am Aidin. I coach in English as a native speaker, and I speak French and Spanish. I am currently learning Farsi and Italian, which means I spend a lot of time on both sides of this process—as a coach and as a learner starting again from zero.
Over the years I have tried most of what the internet recommends: grammar-heavy approaches, pure immersion, and self-designed systems that were clever but unsustainable. The Personalized Fluency Roadmap exists because I kept seeing the same pattern—people were not failing for lack of intelligence or effort, but because their plan did not match their life.
My job in this program is simple: understand your context as clearly as I understand mine, design a path that respects it, and then walk that path with you—adjusting, simplifying, and sometimes pushing—until the language is part of your life, not just your to-do list.
No tiers. No upsells. One relationship, priced for serious, ongoing work together.
The higher first-month fee covers the deep onboarding work: our initial call, a detailed analysis of your level and goals, and the time it takes to design and document your roadmap properly. The ongoing $297/month is the cost of having a dedicated expert in your corner every week — watching your progress, answering questions, and keeping your plan aligned with your life.
A serious commitment deserves clear, grounded answers.
Most weeks we meet live for a focused check-in, either by video or audio, depending on what fits your schedule. We walk through what you completed, look at any sticking points, and give you one overarching focus for the next week. If a live call is not possible in a given week, we handle the check-in asynchronously with detailed written feedback and a revised plan.
The roadmap is built from your specific goal, level, schedule, and preferences. We choose resources, tasks, and weekly focus areas based on how you learn best and what your life allows. If your job changes, you travel, or your energy shifts, we update the plan—it is designed to move with you, not sit in a folder unchanged.
The coaching framework works for any language — the structure of building a personalized plan, setting weekly focus areas, and adjusting based on your progress applies regardless of what you are learning. When a student brings a language I am less familiar with, I research its specific challenges, quirks, and best resources thoroughly before we begin. No language is off the table.
Falling behind is part of real life, not a failure. When it happens, we look at what got in the way, adjust the expectations for the coming weeks, and sometimes simplify the plan so it is lighter but still meaningful. You will never be asked to "catch up" on three weeks of missed tasks in one weekend.
A tutor usually focuses on what happens during the lesson itself. In this program, the main product is your entire learning system: what you do between calls, how that fits your week, and how each piece builds toward your goal. The live time is important, but the roadmap, check-ins, and ongoing access are what keep the whole structure working.
No. We can start from absolute beginner or build on years of scattered study. If you are starting from zero, your roadmap will focus on clear, simple foundations and habits that fit into your existing routines. If you are more advanced, we will spend more time on precision, confidence, and the specific situations you care about.
No — the Personalized Fluency Roadmap is designed to work for anyone at any stage, from absolute beginner to advanced learner with years of scattered study. The Framework is a structured self-guided starting point that works well for people who want to build their foundation independently first. If you're ready for a fully personalized coaching relationship now, you can apply directly without completing it.
Graduates of the 30 Day Fluency Framework who have completed all 30 days go to the front of every application window — notified 48 hours before spots open to the general waitlist. If you want a coaching spot and you want it ahead of everyone else, completing the Framework is how you get there.
If you choose to work together, you get one thing: a serious partner in your language journey. Month one is $497 for the onboarding call and full roadmap build. There are 3 active spots available at any time — when they fill, the waitlist opens and Framework graduates are always first in line. After that, it is $297/month for ongoing coaching, weekly check-ins, and access to someone who knows your situation in detail.
